Korban and Aqiqah 2012 in Lombok, Indonesia

In 2012, after many years of organizing Korban Rites in Singapore and Australia, Hezom International Pte Ltd was having the first year of doing korban dan aqiqah in Indonesia. Lombok Island was selected to be the first location for the 2012 korban and aqiqah project. We selected Kecamatan Pemenang, Kabupaten Lombok Utara to be the venue because we are afiliated with Ustadz Mustahiq, a local who is actively teaching in surroundings madrasahs. Kabupaten Lombok Utara is the town council where the 3 Gilis Island are located.

The 3 Gilis are well known islands in Lombok as tourists attraction. The 3 Gilis namely Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Gili Meno are 3 island which are well known for the beach for snorkeling activities. These 3 Gilis are just across the sea where we have our korban and aqiqah animal slaughtered.
